I would always choose
rice as my side when I would go to Panda Express. Now I choose the great-tasting greens instead of the rice and I love it! I’m not depriving myself of my Panda Express cuisine but I made a change to it that works with my health and wellness goals.
Think of small ways that you can alter some of your habits, yet, not deprive yourself of things you enjoy!
