Eat It! 😋

Hello Everyone…especially Working Parents 😉!

I want to share a quick, easy and healthy meal. Slice some squash, kale and meat of your choice. Add a dab of oil to a pan. Then add your food and healthy seasoning to the pan. Here are some healthy seasoning suggestions: garlic powder, onion powder, crushed pepper, thyme, basil, oregano…. Sauté everything for 15-20 minutes (turn periodically) and you have a fantastic meal.

I tell my daughters it will make their hair grow and they end up competing with one another to see who will eat the most!

Also, did I mention this meal is inexpensive? 💵

Side bar: Let’s all eat healthier and teach our kids how to. Let’s cut out the diabetes, colon cancer, high blood pressure and other ailments that are heavily linked to our diet. With lots of love from A Frantic Mom 💜
