Wondering why you feel so tired and lacking energy all of the time?

Combat that by drinking tons of water! There are things you need to do to achieve the healthiest version of you but this is the best start. Start drinking more water today. The goal is to drink half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. Do this for yourself even if you don’t like drinking water. Keep drinking water if you start and feel like you want to quit because with repetition it becomes easier and easier and soon you will desire water. I actually drink more than half of my body weight in water on most days because I’ve come to love water so much! I know water’s power in my sustenance.

Have your kids drink enough water too!
